Old Dominion University – State-of-the-art Dormitory, Norfolk, VA
In addition to wiring over 308 individual units for high efficiency lighting and individual HVAC, JHE has installed a structured cable network for the fiber optic, data and voice communications requirements. Specifics of these special systems include security cameras, access control, fire alarm and high-end data communications. The project is LEED certified and has Energy Star ratings.

Cascades Apartments, Virginia Beach, VA
For one of Virginia Beach's newest luxury apartment communities, the John Hall Electric team was proud to provide the electrical contracting work for this project’s individual residences, state-of-the-art communications and technologies, and outdoor landscaped grounds, as well as the retail building spaces.

Belmont at Freemason, Norfolk, VA
JHE’s work for the $45 million, seven-story luxury apartment complex at Belmont in historic Freemason, Norfolk includes interior and
common area wiring, a state-of-the-art structured cabling network and fire system, fire alarm, and fire protection special systems.

Harbor Heights, Norfolk, VA
Harbor Heights is one of downtown Norfolk’s newest mixed-use developments. The 15 floors of Harbor Heights are a mix of urban retail,
Class A office space, parking, and residential condos and lofts. As such, the interior wiring is complex and customized for each use.
In addition, JHE installed a complete structured cable network and state-of-the-art home theater systems and home entertainment systems.

MidTown at CityView, Virginia Beach, VA
CityView at Town Center will be a mixed use development consisting of residential, retail, and office uses. The Midtown Apartments are the first
phase of the CityView development, and consist of 196 apartment homes, in 3 buildings. John Hall Electric’s team is installing the interior
wiring, a sophisticated structured cable network along with the fire alarm systems.
Sanctuary at False Cape, Sandbridge Beach, Virginia Beach, VA
JHE is the electrical contractor of choice for this design-build project. Targeting an upscale clientele, the property has the most advanced
technology of note. JHE completed all interior unit and area wiring, outdoor lighting, and outdoor receptacle installation. Special systems
installed include Access Control; Fire; Individual unit security package; WiFi; Home Entertainment: Music network in 6 common areas; LCDs; Audio-Visual Equipment
wiring; Individual unit data and voice.

Old Beach Village, Virginia Beach, VA
John Hall Electric installed fire alarm, telephone entry and surround sound systems
in one of Virginia Beach's newest residential buildings, Old Beach Village. Structured
cabling laid the foundation for this building's state-of-the-art technologies.

Sinclair Commons, Hampton, VA
Working closely with the builder of this senior living project, JHE provided turnkey electrical service installation for the units, common areas and characteristic amenities
of the project, including computer room, health center, and beauty salon.
