The Peninsula Town Center: State of the Art Systems

Approximately 200,000 square feet in total, the Peninsula Town Center is a mixed used development with 154 high-end apartment units with major department stores, first-floor level retail including eclectic restaurants, as well as landscaped and lighted parks, and a large town square. John Hall Electric installed a sophisticated structured cabling network and security systems for fire and access control. Wiring was installed for interior units in the multifamily section as well as the outdoor area lighting.

“The job called for 4 2500-amp switchgears – one each for the residential and retail on both the east and west wings,” states Robby Hall.
