Cutting Edge Electrical System for ODU's Newest Student Housing Building
Three hundred and eight (308) units of student housing at ODU are under construction in “The District” as part of Phase I of the area’s revitalization. The project is composed of two buildings, is LEED certified and has Energy Star ratings. In addition to wiring the individual units for high efficiency lighting and individual HVAC, JHE has installed a structured cable network for the fiber optic, data and voice communications requirements.
